The idea for this Art Quest adventure arose from my own frustrations, as well as frustrations I was seeing from my mentees.
How do you go about learning fundamentals, creating personal pieces, putting together a portfolio, social media, and networking all at once?

This is where we need to tap into what we do best as artists: SOLVE PROBLEMS! This chapter of Art Quest will help you identify what's lacking or missing in your own work or routine, and figure out an efficient solution to the problem.

Developing good habits for creating is the foundation to success as an artist. Art Quest: The Creative Seeker, will push these skills and more to the next level!

Do I need to have started / finished any other Art Quest to enjoy this one?

This story is a prequel and the origin story to the original Art Quest, and you do not need to have any prior knowledge of that journey. I make sure to catch you up on what has happened in the story so far, and all of the quest assignments in this book are connected to this journey.

How will this help me improve my foundational skills?

A major part of this Art Quest journey is developing an achievable work schedule for yourself that you can stick to, and continue to use in the future. The purpose of this course is to give you the toolsets for efficient and continued growth.

Technical skill learning is supplemented through the Job Board quests you will be doing throughout this journey.

You will also be focusing on starting a personal project that will help push your skills, portfolio, and your personality as an artist.

What materials do I need to complete Art Quest?

You are free to use any medium / materials to complete the quests. You only need the ability to open a zipped folder and view a PDF. I've included my Photoshop brushes as an extra resource as I am primarily a digital artist, but you can complete the whole game with traditional mediums if you wish.

Do I need to know any technical terminology?

While there are technical art terms used in Art Quest, I've included a comprehensive glossary to help you with words you might not be familiar with.

What type of art does Art Quest: The Creative Seeker focus on?

The quests in this journey are more broad so that you can focus on whatever niche suits you best, and will help push you the furthest. Art Quest was created in mind for artists interested in the Entertainment Industry.

How long does Art Quest take to complete?

It depends ​on how quickly you work, and how much time you give yourself each day. For this specific adventure, you will be working from a schedule that you've created, so it depends on how much gold you feel you can accumulate each day!

Does the Art Quest game include any 1 on 1 time with you?
